What it does
Leasecake combines lease management and accounting with linked dates, deal records, due-diligence tools and portfolio analysis. Businesses managing several locations can share lease details across property and finance teams. Subscription pricing is arranged with Leasecake.
Leasecake links lease administration and accounting within one platform. Related dates can update together when a date changes, keeping follow-up work connected across the teams involved. Leasecake lists accounting support for ASC 842 and IFRS 16, including renewals, modifications and multiple currencies.
Enter a lease with Cakebot
Open Abstraction, choose Add Lease or Update Lease, and select the location. Upload the lease and relevant amendments. In fields displaying the Cakebot icon, ask it to find the detail, check the answer against the selected document and enter the confirmed value.
Complete the required fields and review the summary before submitting. Existing location details can be overwritten by the changes, so that review matters. Adding another location requires contacting support to update the payment plan first.
Compare rent across locations
Within a location's Lease tab, expand the lease to inspect its rent schedule. Show History displays earlier payment dates, and expense filters separate base rent from other rent types. The calendar control shows future months.
For a portfolio report, open a module's table view, add filters and choose the displayed columns. Save the view for reuse or export it as Excel or PDF. Scheduled emails can go to recipients who do not have a Leasecake account, with an option to skip empty reports.
Cost and access
Request pricing for the portfolio. Leasecake's pricing page includes support without an extra support fee. Members use an account with an email address and password; the terms describe subscription renewal and trial conditions, while the current pricing page supplies quotes rather than a public rate table.
