What it does
Ledgible normalizes digital-asset data for institutional accounting, cost-basis reporting and tax-information workflows connected to existing systems. Accounting teams can examine wallet balances at a chosen date and map activity into ledger accounts. Ledgible Accounting offers a 30-day trial, followed by pricing based on the required accounts, activity and integrations.
Ledgible provides a professional workflow for bringing digital assets into accounting and tax-information systems. Its data layer aggregates and normalizes records, with subledgers and report mapping for accounting and cost basis.
Review balances, then choose how to post
Accounting reports can use an As Of Date for balances and valuations, with filters for the relevant wallets, assets and dates. These controls help an accountant compare a period-end position with the transactions behind it.
For QuickBooks Online, open Integrations, choose the QuickBooks connection and authorize the appropriate company. Configure default account mappings and any wallet-specific mappings before synchronizing. The account mapping determines where digital-asset activity lands in the books.
Choose the sync mode to match the detail the ledger needs. Summary groups activity into daily account totals, while Transaction sends individual entries on a daily schedule. Synchronization starts from the connection point; older activity needs a separate historical import. Connecting the integration does not silently populate every prior accounting period.
Trial, pricing and subscription changes
Create an Accounting account, verify the email address and use the 30-day trial to assess the required connections and reports. The ongoing quote depends on users, wallets, exchange accounts, transaction volume and integrations. Ledgible's separate tax-information products have their own scope; an accounting subscription should not be assumed to include every tax form or filing service.
Only the account owner can change the subscription. Before cancellation, export the data the business needs. Monthly plans can be cancelled; for an annual refund, Ledgible deducts elapsed months at the undiscounted monthly rate rather than simply refunding an equal portion of the discounted annual price.
