What it does
Leinster Type publishes Multiflex, Brisbane, Retain, Gardein and Aligne, alongside typography articles. Multiflex combines four widths with nine weights, while free trial rights include noncommercial academic projects.
Multiflex spans Compact to Wide and Thin to Black, with a variable font and Vietnamese support. Its open forms and notched connections are designed for text as well as larger headings. A compact editorial column and a wide promotional title can therefore use different widths from the same family. The family page lists stylistic alternates and capital punctuation among its features.
Trial Fonts offers two routes: an immediate limited-character download, or a fully functional trial requested by explaining the project and signing the trial agreement. The limited set contains upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, a period, comma and hyphen. The Trial Addendum permits evaluation, private client pitches and noncommercial academic projects, but does not allow sharing the files with an outside printer. Students can also request a discount on a full commercial licence.
Paid licences are perpetual unless the invoice states another term. Desktop rights include logos, broadcast graphics and licensed access through server-based design software. Web rights use a registered domain and pageview allowance; app rights cover one title and its monthly active-user tier.
