What it does

Lengow combines marketplace feeds, catalog adaptation and order operations in an account-based platform. Its NetMarkets tools adjust listings for each destination, with commercial scope and pricing agreed in the customer's contract.

A missing product in a Lengow channel preview can be an identifier problem. Check the attribute supplying the first ID field, then search that identifier. A barcode (EAN) search will not find a record configured to use its internal product code (SKU).

Next, use Filters > Show excluded products. A blue triangle marks a manual exclusion, which you can cancel in the preview. Without it, inspect the attribute rules or Exclusions tab and change the rule responsible.

For a new marketplace, begin with a small product segment and review its category and attribute requirements. Lengow can adapt those fields without changing the master catalog, enrich listings from product-information or business-management systems, and collect listing errors for review.

Lengow agrees a package around the selected catalog scope, marketplace sales volume and services. The commercial terms distinguish marketplace and advertising-channel offers, with the chosen combination set in the customer agreement. Request that scope through the sales team, then use the account login to manage the connected channels.

Strengths

  • Sales reports break down performance by product, category, channel and geography
  • Marketplace orders can connect to a webshop or another fulfillment system through an API

Watch out for

  • Removing a rule-driven exclusion requires changing its underlying rule

Best for

  • Brands and retailers troubleshooting catalogs distributed to marketplaces
