What it does
Less Annoying CRM keeps customer histories, email logs, meetings and follow-up tasks together for small businesses. One paid tier includes its features without upgrade levels. Register to use it in your browser for 30 days before supplying any card details.
One plan, including setup help
Less Annoying CRM charges per user each month, with applicable tax added. The plan includes pipelines, custom fields, task management, email logging and 25 GB of file storage per user. Phone and email support are included during the 30-day trial as well as after it.
There is no strict contact cap, although the company recommends staying below 50,000 contacts and companies in total. Data can be exported.
Meetings and reminders have different jobs
Use an event for time reserved on the calendar and a task for a follow-up due on a particular date. That keeps a reminder to call a client separate from a meeting already booked with them. Tasks can be edited or reassigned, and shared calendars control which colleagues can see the schedule. The contact history provides the notes and previous conversation before the next call.
