What it does
Character-based phonics, spelling and grammar resources including books, software and games.
Letterland’s Early Years and Key Stage1 resources use characters and actions to connect letters with sounds. An adult can use that approach across books, software and games rather than changing teaching cues with every resource. Choose the part of the programme that matches the sounds currently being introduced and reuse the same character or action when practising a word. Regional products should be selected deliberately.
