What it does
Lifestack is a smart daily planner app that reads your sleep, recovery and focus data, then drafts a schedule that puts the right work at the right time. It groups work into Energy Zones, shows wearable health data next to your calendar, and maps meals and rest around the demands of the day. A chat copilot answers daily planning questions in context. It runs on iPhone, Mac, Android and Chrome, and there is a Mac desktop download. Lifestack is a paid app with a 7-day free trial.
The signup page lists plans at $10 per month, $50 per year and $120 for lifetime access, after a 7-day free trial. The home page points to iPhone, Mac, Android and Chrome, and offers a Mac app download plus an app signup link. The about page names Nao Yukawa as co-founder and CEO and Hayato Waki as co-founder and CTO.
