What it does
Light Blue manages photography contacts, shoots, bookings, messages and business records. Its desktop and connected services combine client workflows with scheduling, proposals and reporting under device-based subscriptions.
Light Blue 2026.2 gives manually sent emails and texts a ten-second undo window by default. Adjust or disable it in Preferences > General > Miscellaneous. Scheduled and workflow-generated messages bypass the delay, so check their templates before enabling them.
Contact forms can respond immediately by email, text or both; new enquiries from the Zapier action offer the same choices. For a session request, use email for the details and decide whether a text acknowledgement is helpful. Message history stays associated with the shoot or contact.
Devices and messaging costs
All features are included; subscriptions differ by device allowance.

|---|---|
| Up to 5 | 30 |
| Up to 10 | 45 |
| Up to 15 | 60 |
| Up to 20 | 75 |
Staff, client and brand records do not add per-person charges. Text messaging costs extra. Create an account for the thirty-day trial without a card, or use Login for an existing subscription.
