What it does
Lime CRM connects customer records with sales, marketing and service processes. Fields, linked objects and role-specific views organize information around the work of each team. Its sales subscriptions have annual commitments and quarterly advance billing, with different automation and storage allowances.
A salesperson and service colleague can use different start pages while referring to the same customer. Configure widgets and views for the role, then use custom fields, tabs and linked objects to structure the records they need.
Sales subscriptions
