What it does
Linearity Curve is vector drawing software for Mac, iPad and iPhone. It offers pressure-sensitive brushes, shape construction, image tracing and editable effects. Free access has usage and export limits, while paid Linearity plans include broader Curve and Move access.
From drawn strokes to editable shapes
Curve’s brushes make vector marks that respond to pressure. The Pen and Node tools adjust curves, while Shape Builder combines or subtracts overlapping forms. Auto Trace converts an imported sketch or image into paths. Shadows and blur remain adjustable after they are added.
For print and handoff, the product page lists CMYK support and formats including PDF, SVG and EPS. Plan level affects which export options are available.
Read the free allowance carefully
Linearity Free includes limited Curve and Move use, basic exports and 5 GB of brand-asset storage. Its welcome AI credits expire after seven days; that expiry is separate from the free plan itself. Pro adds advanced exports and unlimited Curve and Move use.
The pricing page marks several wider Linearity services as coming soon, including some sharing and team-permission features. Those announcements should not be treated as existing Curve drawing tools.
