What it does
Lineicons offers a free basic library and paid icon styles, with SVG, icon fonts, framework packages and a Figma plugin. Its site includes customization and collection tools.
For React, install @lineiconshq/react-lineicons with @lineiconshq/free-icons, then pass a named icon such as Home2Outlined to the Lineicons component. Size, color and strokeWidth control its appearance. The same library also offers a font CDN and design-tool routes.
Pro packages use a different delivery process: sign in to Lineicons, download the .tgz files for the styles you need and install those local files in your project. They are not available from the public npm registry. Keep those packages in private repositories if your build needs them; the documentation prohibits publishing them publicly.
Free Basic permits commercial projects without attribution, but its licence adds restrictions to the MIT label, including a ban on standalone icon-pack redistribution. Pro plans differ in seats, CDN sites, Figma source files and SaaS end-user rights. Downloaded Pro icons remain usable after membership ends; updates require active membership.
