What it does
Chronicle is LittleFin’s bill and subscription organizer for Apple devices. It records payment history and confirmation numbers, with reminders and Pro tools for forecasting future bills.
Keep payment confirmations with each bill
After paying, choose Log Payment and enter its date, amount and a note such as the confirmation number. Update Due Date moves the bill to its next cycle. Turn that option off when logging a partial payment so the current due date remains in place.
Plan and share upcoming bills
Pro forecasts the next year, calculates monthly reserves for less frequent bills and estimates variable amounts from payment history and seasonal patterns. Check estimates against the actual bill when it arrives. The free Mac edition holds five bills; the annual Pro subscription removes that limit and includes Chronicle Cloud.
A household can share through one Cloud account and one subscription. A tag filter can make one device show only selected bills by default, but other tags remain accessible. Signing into Cloud merges existing local bills with the shared account.
