What it does

LiveSession combines quantitative product reports with session replay, heatmaps and developer diagnostics. Custom events, metrics and segments help a team narrow an investigation to a specific product interaction.

LiveSession helps connect a product metric with the recordings behind it. Metrics can count sessions, unique users or events, then narrow them with filters. A trend chart changes its interval with the report period; dimensional views show the leading values, such as errors by browser.

Below a metric chart, the session list links to matching recordings through a play button. That is useful when an aggregate change needs an explanation from actual interactions. Developer diagnostics and custom-event support add detail on paid plans.

Plan Starting monthly sessions Recording history Selected limits
Free 1,000 1 month 3 members, 2 projects, 1 metric and 1 funnel
Basic 5,000 1 month Unlimited members and projects; 2 metrics and funnels
Pro 10,000 Up to 3 months Unlimited metrics and funnels; developer tools
Enterprise Custom from 100,000 Up to 12 months Custom arrangement

Free access continues without a time limit. Paid features have a 14-day no-card trial. Create an account with Google or business email and password.

For a custom integration, create a personal access token in Settings > API Tokens, choose its website and permissions, and keep it on your server. The default API limit is two requests per second per token.
