What it does
LocalPDF provides a browser PDF workspace for text changes, OCR, compression, conversion, and page organization. Several documents can be opened together so pages move between them visually.
Open the source PDFs side by side, copy pages between them by dragging, edit or OCR the packet and export the finished PDF. Free includes every tool but permits three downloads per day and three Studio workspaces. Pro removes those caps through a one-time licence or an optional yearly subscription, with access restored by a licence key. The vendor separates local document processing from ordinary website analytics, billing and licence services, so local processing should not be read as an entirely network-free website.
