What it does
Logaholic is a web analytics and reporting platform that can collect data from server logs or JavaScript tracking. It provides website reports, segmentation and custom dashboards, with hosted and self-hosted deployment choices. Basic access is free with limited features; Pro and other commercial editions expand the reporting and administration scope.
Logaholic can analyse local server logs, retrieve logs over FTP or collect visits through JavaScript. Hybrid Mode combines collection methods. In Profiles, choose Create New Profile to define the domain and collection settings; an existing profile can be changed through Manage Profiles > Edit.
Segmentation filters narrow reports to criteria such as a visitor's country or referral source. The icons at the top right of a report provide CSV, email and print options. The PDF icon in the main menu exports the reports open in the dashboard. On a self-hosted installation, email reporting requires a password-protected Logaholic directory and PHP configured to send mail.

A Pro upgrade covers the installation for administrators or accessible profiles for regular users, with pageviews combined accordingly. Cancel the 14-day Pro trial before it ends to avoid card charges: account name > Settings > Cancel. Basic has no support.
