What it does
Loggro combines accounting, customer balances, purchasing and inventory with electronic document workflows for businesses and their accountants. Its Colombian Pymes plans have different document and user limits, and accounting is included in Premium or added to Estándar.
A bank charge can be entered against the account where it occurred. In Bancos, open the account number, choose Nueva Transacción, then Gasto Bancario (Nota DB). Enter the reason, bank date and amount. Loggro supplies the bank account and expense category. Save while checking the entry, or choose Finalizar when it is ready. An expense marked En Proceso remains editable.
For interest received, use Ingreso Bancario (Nota CR) instead. Enter the description, date and total, check the selected account, then finalise. These are records of movements already made by the bank.
Choose the accounting package
Loggro's wider range includes payroll, retail POS and restaurant products. The following are the Software Administrativo y Contable plans on its Colombian site:

Loggro lists 0% VAT for these plans. Accounting costs another $68,990 monthly on Estándar and is included in Premium. Premium's unlimited electronic invoicing requires annual payment and an account that remains active.
The Pymes software connects purchases, collections and customer balances with sales and stock. Sign in with a Loggro username and password and select the appropriate product. The login page offers a 15-day free trial.
