What it does

Loop11 runs moderated and unmoderated usability studies on websites and prototypes. Its builder combines tasks and questions with video, audio or screen recordings, while paid tiers add path analysis and exports. A 14-day trial includes three studies with Enterprise features.

A Loop11 project starts in its test builder, where you choose moderated or unmoderated testing and add tasks and questions. Recruit through Loop11, invite your own participants at no platform recruitment charge, or select AI Browser Agents. Human sessions can capture any combination of screen, audio and video; agent activity should be interpreted separately from participant feedback.
