What it does
Loop Returns manages return requests, exchanges and store credit. Merchants can use Checkout+, which funds return shipping through shopper fees, or choose a paid subscription. Instant Exchanges can send replacements before the original items come back.
Send a replacement before the return arrives
Connect Stripe under Returns management > Tools & integrations > Integrations. Then edit a return policy and enable Allow instant exchanges under Exchange outcome. Set a return window of 14 to 28 days and choose whether to place a card hold.
Shoppers can choose a regular exchange unless you require instant exchanges. If the return is not in transit by the deadline, Loop attempts to charge the card. A hold expires after seven days, so a later charge can fail.
Compare the commercial options
Loop invoices in USD.
| Plan | Starting price | Main scope |
|---|---|---|
| Checkout+ | Free software under the shopper-fee model | Domestic return shipping in the US and Canada |
| Essential | USD 155/month | Automated return policies, workflows and carrier rates |
| Advanced | USD 340/month | Adds Instant Exchanges, Shop Now and fraud-prevention tools |
With Checkout+, shoppers pay for return coverage at checkout or face a handling fee when returning. Coverage does not override your final-sale rules. Check the merchant agreement for the fee and revenue-share terms.
Merchant administration requires an account. To view invoices, open the Account menu and choose Manage billing. Checkout+ billing runs twice monthly.
