What it does
LsIcon supplies SVG icons on a 16-pixel grid, with a React package and browser controls for stroke, color and optical size.
LsIcon provides small-grid SVG artwork with both browser customization and a React component package. The browser exposes optical size, stroke weight, line caps, joins and color, making it useful for comparing how a symbol reads at the intended interface size.
In React, install the separate package and import a named icon. Filled versions use distinct component names, while CSS font size and color adjust the rendered result. This gives developers a straightforward way to carry the selected treatment into compact controls.
The drawings follow a 16px grid. Requests for fixes or additions go through the project issue process, but additions must have general usefulness; personalized-icon requests are not accepted. LsIcon is MIT licensed, allowing use and adaptation with its copyright and permission notice retained.
Strengths
- Browser controls expose optical size, stroke and line geometry.
- The package documents outline and filled component use.
Watch out for
- The project does not accept personalized-icon requests.
Best for
