What it does
Lucca provides HR and administrative software. Core HR holds configurable employee files, while Absences manages leave requests, balances and approval workflows.
Customize the employee file around the information your organization needs. Set viewing and editing rights separately, then use alerts for changes HR should review. For example, someone may need to check a bank-detail field without permission to alter it. Update campaigns ask employees to refresh selected information. New starters can complete their personal-data form before arrival, and documents can draw from those stored values.
In Absences, configure leave accounts and regional calendars, then arrange approval routes and delegation. Employees see relevant balances; managers see team schedules. Payroll export files can be configured to match the receiving system.

Lucca counts users monthly and bills actual consumption; some other modules use different units. The login page takes your email to locate your company space or send a sign-in link.
