What it does
Lucky Orange connects dynamic heatmaps, session recordings and funnels with surveys and live chat. Feedback can link to the corresponding visitor recording, while Discovery AI answers questions with links to the relevant behavior data. Its heatmaps include interactions inside menus, pop-ups and other changing page elements.
Lucky Orange’s connection between a visitor response and a recording is useful when clicks leave part of the story unexplained. A survey or chat can describe what the visitor wanted, while the linked session shows the surrounding interaction.
Dynamic heatmaps cover elements such as dropdowns, sliders and pop-ups, including sites built with React or other changing interfaces. Filter by device, traffic source, campaign or behavior to narrow the audience. The Analyze action asks Discovery AI to interpret the heatmap, and its findings link to recordings or other supporting views.
