What it does

Luzmo provides customer-facing dashboards, self-service exploration and AI-assisted analytics for software products. Its platform includes a query engine, semantic layer, connectors and embedding tools.

Luzmo gives software products customer-facing dashboards, self-service exploration and conversational analysis. Shared business definitions can support both the charts and the questions asked about them.

Put a dashboard in an application

Start with an existing Luzmo dashboard and its datasets. Generate an embed token on your server that permits access to both. Install the @luzmo/embed package, import its component, and add a luzmo-embed-dashboard element with the dashboard ID, authorization key and token. Configure the matching application server and API host for the EU, US or private environment. The component then displays the authorized dashboard inside the application; an item ID can restrict the embed to one chart.

The public platform subscription is EUR 1,995 per month, billed annually. It includes 500 AI conversations and synchronization of 100 million Warp rows per month. Additional synchronized rows cost EUR 0.25 per million. White labeling, APIs and self-service features are included.

The trial needs no payment card. Its signup form asks for a hosting region, work and company details, and a password. Choose the same region when configuring the embedded component.

Strengths

  • Combines embedded dashboards with self-service and conversational analysis.
  • Uses shared business definitions through its semantic layer.

Watch out for

  • The public platform price requires annual billing.
  • Usage beyond included volumes can add to the platform fee.

Best for

  • Software teams adding customer dashboards to their application
