What it does
Lyssna combines usability tests, surveys and interviews with participant recruitment. Its methods include first-click, five-second, preference, prototype, card-sorting and tree tests. The Free plan includes three seats and 15 self-recruited test or survey responses; panel recruitment is charged separately on every plan.
Studies and recruitment are separate choices
Lyssna supports both quick studies and more involved usability work. You can test a Figma prototype, compare first impressions, examine navigation with a tree test or schedule interviews. Use your own participants or select people from the panel with filters and screening questions.
Free, Growth and Enterprise
| Plan | Main allowance |
|---|---|
| Free | Unlimited quick studies, three seats and 15 self-recruited test or survey responses |
| Growth | Five in-depth studies monthly, five seats and unlimited self-recruited test or survey responses |
| Enterprise | Custom in-depth study allowance, unlimited seats and organization controls |
Panel responses cost extra regardless of the subscription. Growth adds features such as CSV exports, conditional logic, think-aloud recordings and variation sets. Free sign-up does not require a credit card.
Start by creating a study or selecting a template, choose a recruitment route, then review and share its results. A template such as Improve information architecture uses closed card sorting, while Assess early prototypes is aimed at an app or website concept.
