Maildroppa

A booking link can be corrected after a Maildroppa campaign has been sent, provided click tracking was enabled. Change the tracked link's destination so later clicks reach the right page. The subject, wording and design already delivered to the subscriber remain unchanged. For a workshop newsletter with a mistaken booking URL, this distinction makes the correction useful without pretending to recall the message.

Before sending, choose the audience using its fields, tags, segments or topic preferences and inspect a test email. Scheduled campaigns evaluate current subscriber status and audience criteria at send time. A critical spam-risk result blocks sending until it is addressed.

Free includes all features for up to 100 subscribers and 2,500 emails monthly, with Maildroppa branding. Pending and confirmed subscribers count toward capacity; several tags do not count the same person repeatedly. Exceeding subscriber capacity blocks campaign sending rather than automatically buying a larger plan. Premium adds capacity and removes branding. It starts at USD 5 per month for up to 1,000 subscribers, with unlimited monthly emails and priority email support.

To activate sending, confirm the account email and sender address and add a postal address. A plan with capacity for 6,000 or more subscribers also requires a DKIM-authenticated sending domain, even if the current list is smaller. The public live demo can be explored without signup, but it does not send emails.
