What it does
Maileroo provides SMTP and API delivery, incoming-email routing and testing inboxes. Applications separate domains, credentials and routing choices for clients or projects within an account. The free package includes 3,000 outbound and 1,000 inbound emails per month, and signup requires no card.
A Maileroo Application can separate a client, product or type of message. Its settings can restrict sending domains, local parts of From addresses, recipient domains and credential IP ranges. For an agency, one client can have its own stream without requiring a separate login and invoice. Empty restriction fields impose no restriction.
An Application can select outbound IPs or fall back to the account default. That fallback uses the shared pool when there are no dedicated IPs, or the account's dedicated addresses in rotation when there are. Reports then expose delivery, bounces and complaints per Application. Dedicated IP access still depends on the plan, even though Applications themselves are included on every plan. The free package currently includes 3,000 outbound and 1,000 inbound emails per month across two sending domains.
The free plan also includes 100 test emails per month, three SMTP sinks and five testing inboxes. Signup requires a name, email address and password; no card is needed to begin. Paid email plans increase sending volume, while Maileroo Verify has separate usage-based charges.
Strengths

- Applications are included even on the free plan
Watch out for
- Empty restriction fields remain unrestricted
- Dedicated IP routing requires an eligible plan and available dedicated addresses
Best for
- Agencies or product teams separating client and application email configurations
