What it does
MailMonitor checks inbox placement, sender reputation and email authentication, with optional help fixing the problems it finds. Its packages combine an analytics dashboard with different levels of expert support and are billed annually. The starting point is a free consultation to discuss your sending setup.
Choose the diagnostic audience and decide who will make the technical changes before selecting a package. A business newsletter needs coverage of corporate inboxes and security filters, which the entry package does not include.
| Package | Testing and implementation |
|---|---|
| Deliverability Foundation | Consumer seed inboxes, analytics, authentication audit and guidance |
| Strategic Partnership | Adds business inboxes and security-filter testing; your staff implements the recommended fixes |
| Custom Enterprise | Adds an account team that performs technical fixes and ongoing remediation |
The service starts with an audit of sending setup, reputation and mailing practices, followed by an action plan and continued monitoring. Assign someone who can change your email infrastructure or coordinate with its administrator. Reports help that person follow the work over time; the software alone does not carry out every fix on every package.
Strengths
- The analytics product can be paired with guidance or managed technical implementation
- Package scope distinguishes B2C seeds from B2B and security-filter testing
Watch out for
- Foundation includes B2C seed testing only
- Strategic Partnership relies on the customer's staff to implement recommended changes
Best for
- Established senders choosing diagnostic coverage and responsibility for email remediation
