What it does
Mailshake combines sales sequences with Lead Catcher for assigning and handling responses. Leads have owners and recorded outcomes, and later replies can reopen closed work. Subscriptions are paid upfront with monthly or yearly choices; there is no free trial.
By default, a recipient becomes a lead on replying. Mailshake cancels the campaign's follow-up and on-click emails and assigns the lead to the campaign's teammate.
Open Campaigns > Lead Catcher and inspect the person's history. Record Won, Lost or Ignored as appropriate, or reassign the lead. A later response reopens any of those closed or ignored leads. Filters separate campaigns, teammates and old outcomes, so the queue can support both active follow-up and review.
