What it does
Mailsoftly provides email campaigns, subscriber lists and visual automations with a simulator for checking each contact's path. Its continuing Free plan includes 500 contacts, 2,000 monthly emails and one active automation; registration accepts Google, Microsoft or an email address.
Free Mailsoftly permits one active automation, with 500 contacts and 2,000 monthly sends. Choose one clear first job, such as welcoming a confirmed subscriber, before filling that slot. Connected personal Gmail or Outlook accounts are limited to 70 emails a day; Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts allow 150 a day. These limits apply alongside the monthly allowance.
Build the welcome path around the relevant consent field, then add the email, delay and click condition. Use the simulator to inspect which branch a real contact would take without sending the messages. The No branch needs its own decision, such as a different follow-up or a stop, rather than being left as an unexplained outcome.
Set the flow to run once per contact if a returning signup should not receive the welcome again. Birthdays, tags and incoming webhook events provide other entry choices for later workflows. Select those around the event that should start the communication.
You can register through Google or Microsoft, or enter an email address and continue to the name and password form. No card is required.
Strengths

- A flow can be restricted to one run per contact
Watch out for
- Free permits only one active automation
- Connected Google or Microsoft sending has separate daily limits
Best for
- Small teams building and checking a first branching email sequence
