What it does

MailUp brings email design, segmentation and automated campaigns into a platform priced by edition and sending speed. Paid email plans allow unlimited contacts and sends. A no-card 15-day trial includes 1,000 total email sends, and there is no permanent free plan.

Sending speed is the unusual budgeting question with MailUp. The email plans do not charge by the number of stored contacts or messages sent. Instead, the edition and selected throughput determine the subscription. Starter begins at 2,000 emails an hour. At that speed, reaching 20,000 contacts takes roughly ten hours, so allow for the full delivery window when scheduling a time-sensitive announcement. Unlimited sending volume does not mean instantaneous delivery.

Within a campaign, filters and profile data help select recipients and personalise content. Automated workflows coordinate follow-up, and CRM or shop integrations bring external customer context into that process. Plus supports separate environments for different sending activities; those environments retain their own messages and subscriptions but share a sending queue. The displayed prices are billed annually: Starter begins at EUR 48 per month with three automations; Plus begins at EUR 113 per month and raises the automation limit to 100. The trial uses key Plus features, but its 1,000 sends are a total allowance for the 15 days. SMS has its own credit or recurring purchase arrangements.
