What it does

Make is an AI automation platform for building workflows and AI agents visually. It connects to apps, data sources, and AI models, and you can build by prompt, drag-and-drop, or from AI chat tools. It is aimed at teams and organizations that need visibility and control over automation.

Make lets you build automated workflows and AI agents in a visual environment. You can start by prompting, dragging and dropping, or working from an AI chat. The platform connects to 3,500+ apps out of the box, and anything with an API can be added as a custom integration. A free plan is available with no card required, and it includes credits and active scenarios for real automations. Credits are the billing unit: most actions use one credit, while some advanced features that use Make's AI Provider may use more. If you run out of credits, scenarios stop until credits are added. Security and compliance features include GDPR compliance, SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 certification, encryption, SSO, role-based access, and audit logs. Enterprise plans add further controls. Before committing, check that the apps you rely on are supported or can be connected through an API, and review how credits are consumed by your workflows.
