What it does

Maki is a recruiting platform that coordinates skills screening, voice interviews, assessments, scheduling and interview support. It uses the role's intake information across the hiring journey and works with an organization's existing applicant-tracking system.

Define the competencies at intake, because Maki uses that context across screening, assessments and interviews. Its consolidated candidate view brings those stages together, while retaining the observations behind a recommendation.

For an assessment, use Create on the home page, enter the role, language and responsible recruiter, then select tests and any custom questions. Reorder the activities and confirm the assessment before sending invitations by email, a candidate-list file or a public link. Joining an existing company workspace requires a colleague's invitation; registering with a different, uninvited address does not grant access to its assessments.

Once the assessment is complete and custom answers have been rated, open the candidate's results and use the menu beside the overall score to access a shareable report. Send candidates their assessment report rather than the hiring-manager scorecard, which contains additional internal information.

The interview copilot builds a plan from the role's skills and lets you shape the resulting report. It captures the conversation and links report points to the relevant transcript moment, giving interviewers a way to revisit an answer.

Pricing combines an enterprise platform with credits for candidate interactions. Request a package around the capabilities and usage required; recruiter headcount alone is not the usage measure.

Strengths

  • Carries role-intake criteria across several recruiting stages.
  • Links interview notes and assessment signals within the same hiring workflow.
