What it does
Maths fact practice using visual models, connected facts and individual learning paths.
MathFactLab represents facts with number lines, ten frames, bar diagrams and other models. The point is to see a relationship, such as using a known double to work out a nearby addition, before recalling the answer. This makes the model worth discussing alongside the practice. Ask a learner to explain which fact they already knew and how it helped them solve the new one.
