What it does
MDirector combines email campaigns, SMS, landing pages and automated follow-up. Scenarios can respond to tags, dates and campaign activity, then update contacts or send information to connected systems. Its free account includes 5,000 monthly emails for up to 5,000 contacts and needs no card; the scenario builder requires a paid plan.
MDirector can start a scenario when a contact joins a list, receives a tag, clicks a campaign, or reaches a relevant date. Combine those entry points with waiting nodes and conditions to control the next message. The platform also supports handing a contact from one scenario to another, which is useful when an onboarding sequence should lead into a different follow-up.
To inspect a particular branch, export the contacts that passed through its node as CSV. A webhook can also send contact details to a CRM endpoint at a chosen point. Those two routes answer different needs: a downloadable audit of a step, or a continuing connection to another system.
The published monthly offers separate sending from automation:
| Plan | Monthly price | Email allowance | Automation |
|---|---|---|---|
| MD FREE | Free | 5,000 | Not included |
| MD LITE | EUR 44.90 | 60,000 | Not included |
| MD PRO | EUR 74.90 | 60,000 | Up to five workflows |
| MD TOTAL | EUR 249 | 60,000 | Unlimited workflows |
Free accounts hold up to 5,000 contacts and have no daily send cap within the monthly allowance. Paid plans allow unlimited contacts. To start, enter an email and password on the signup page and choose Activate My Account; no credit card is required.
