What it does

MUiQ is MeasuringU’s UX-research platform for task-based desktop and mobile studies. It combines recordings and navigation paths with usability metrics, surveys, moderated sessions and information-architecture tests. Annual platform access includes five seats, unlimited concurrent studies and unlimited participant collection.

MUiQ combines observation with measures such as task success, ease and completion time. Define participant tasks, choose recording options and review the resulting paths, screen captures, clickmaps and heatmaps. Screen recording can be disabled when a study involves sensitive information.

The suite also includes click tests, tree tests, five-second tests and open, closed or hybrid card sorts. Survey and experiment controls cover branching, quotas, randomization and between- or within-subject conditions. Moderated sessions support screen sharing, hidden observers, recordings and transcripts.

The results dashboard shows statistics as responses arrive. You can compare conditions or segments, filter charts and export raw data or summary statistics to Excel and CSV for further analysis.

Platform access is an annual licence with five seats, unlimited concurrent studies and unlimited participant collection. Choose Request a Demo to discuss the platform and licensing. Recruitment through connected panels is available, but an unlimited collection allowance should not be read as a promise of free recruited participants.
