What it does
QCTools analyses digitised video through audiovisual measurements, graphs and playback filters.
An archivist can use its graphs to locate unusual changes, then inspect the corresponding frames rather than watching every file without guidance. The official feature list includes broadcast range, temporal outliers and crop measurements. A flagged measurement still needs interpretation in the context of the recording.
