What it does
Mentionlytics monitors selected brand, product and competitor topics across social and web sources. It combines the underlying mentions with sentiment analysis, alerts and reports. Registration opens a 14-day trial without a card; the trial account expires without an automatic charge.
In the dashboard's Mention Tracker box, choose Add Keyword / Tracker, select the tracking purpose and name the folder. Refine its keyword with required or excluded terms, select sources and optional language filters, run the available test, then confirm. Deduplication is enabled by default within a tracker. Instagram and Threads collection requires an authorised profile, while country filtering is unavailable for TikTok and Reddit.
A daily keyword limit can protect the monthly mention allowance from a broad topic. Reaching it pauses that keyword's collection until the next day. Read the posts behind sentiment summaries before deciding whether an increase represents customer complaints, news coverage or an unrelated use of the same name.

Basic's price is a limited-time offer. Monthly billing is also available. AI Visibility is an extra purchase from Essential upward; managed monitoring is optional from Pro upward. Keyword rules, collected mentions and tracked profiles remain separate limits.
Trial team members can be added through Settings > Account Configuration as Admins, Editors or Viewers. Download useful findings before expiry; the trial includes export access but has its own quota.
