What it does
MerchantPro provides storefronts, catalog management and checkout integrations. Its Romanian plans range from a small free store to paid subscriptions with imports, API access and larger catalogs.
In MerchantPro, open Catalog > Importa produse and choose a file or URL. CSV, XLS, XML and JSON are supported. Choose whether to add products or update them, then map the fields; supplier SKU or EAN values help match later updates. Check the preview before completing the import. The result summary links to new or updated products and lists skipped rows.
Stock imports replace the existing quantity. For example, importing 10 changes the balance to 10; it does not add ten units. Multi-variant imports require an attribute and an existing multi-variant product first. Files are limited to 16 MB, and new products can stay inactive during checking.

Annual rates are lower. Basic is an ongoing free plan, separate from the 15-day trial. Importing a supplier catalog requires a paid tier.
Store administration uses an account. Additional staff can receive separate logins and roles through the user-permissions settings, rather than sharing the owner's credentials.
