What it does
Mergely provides side-by-side document differences and interactive merging, with a JavaScript library for embedding the workflow.
Mergely keeps two versions side by side with real-time difference markup and interactive merging. Use selected changes to build the combined text while keeping both versions visible. The publisher says comparison, markup and merge calculations run in the browser without server calls. Embedding uses the separate JavaScript library. The licensing page describes GPL, LGPL and MPL open-source terms that can permit commercial embedding when their obligations are met, alongside a Closed Distribution Licence available by contact.
