What it does

Mesh brings goals, feedback and manager conversations into performance reviews. Review forms can use information from check-ins and one-to-ones, with different approaches for different functions in one cycle. Plans add coaching and development tools progressively, under annual contracts paid upfront.

Mesh lets each function use its own review approach within a shared cycle. Feedback forms can draw on earlier conversations and check-ins, while AI assists with wording, summaries and development actions.

For calendar connections, open Coaching, 1:1s, then Module Preferences and Calendar. Initiate Sync connects the user's Google or Outlook calendar after permission is granted. Changes can synchronize in either direction, but the scheduler does not check for clashes with other calendar events. Cancelling an entire series archives the one-to-one; disconnecting removes future calendar events while leaving past ones.

Plan Main coverage
Foundations Goals, reviews and rating calibration
Growth Adds praise, advice and one-to-ones
Excellence Adds individual development plans

All plans require a minimum annual contract and upfront payment. Onboarding, integration and training support are included. Features from higher plans cannot be purchased individually.

Strengths

  • Earlier check-ins and conversations provide context inside review forms
  • Different functions can follow distinct approaches in the same review cycle

Watch out for

  • Calendar synchronization does not prevent conflicting meeting times
  • A minimum annual contract applies, with no individual higher-plan feature purchases

Best for

  • People teams linking formal reviews with continuing manager feedback
