What it does
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center provides weather forecasts with meteorological, hydrological and avalanche warning routes.
Its public portal also includes radiation reports and meteorological explanations. Keep these subjects separate when reading a dated notice; a radiation-status update is not the same product as a weather forecast.
