What it does
Meteojob combines French job discovery with profile-based matching. Candidates describe their experience, skills and preferences, receive relevant opportunities through alerts and use a simplified application and follow-up workflow.
A profile is the basis for the matching route. The service asks about background and work preferences before sending tailored offers, so the information supplied should reflect the roles actually being pursued. CV upload and alert creation have separate entry points.
The open catalogue can also be browsed by city and domain. It spans fields such as construction, industry, services, commerce, healthcare, technology and administration, helping a candidate investigate a broader sector as well as a familiar title. The application route supports following responses, and a mobile app provides another way to continue the search. Matching and direct browsing can be used together: one brings suggestions, while the other lets the candidate deliberately explore a new function or location. The selected advertisement remains the context for requirements and the next step.
