What it does
Meu Dinheiro organizes personal accounts, categories, goals and projects for Brazilian households. It supports manual records, statement imports and bank connections through Open Finance, with shared access on higher plans. Básico is free for the first 12 months, after which continued editing requires a paid plan.
For a holiday or home renovation, the project record collects its spending without replacing ordinary income and expense categories. Open Cadastros > Projetos and use the plus button to create one. Give it a name, dates and, if useful, overall income and expense targets, then select Salvar.
The project's action menu includes Definir metas por categoria for category targets and Resultados do projeto for planned-versus-actual results. Link each relevant transaction to the project so it appears in those results. A category's calendar control lets you adjust its target separately for each month of the project.
Personal plan limits
The annual option displays these monthly equivalents. The site also offers six-month and three-month terms.

Projects, full reports and reconciliation start with Pessoal. A seven-day trial opens the full feature set without payment details. Create an account to begin; later, the payment screen is under your username > Configurações da Conta e Plano > Plano e pagamentos.
Renewal is manual. If the paid term and the initial Básico allowance have both ended, the account becomes view-only until renewed.
Strengths
- Paid personal plans import bank statements in OFX, OFC, XLS and PDF formats.
- Centros can track ongoing costs for a child, vehicle or property separately from time-limited projects.
