What it does
Million Accounting handles multiple companies, general ledger, debtor and creditor records and multi-currency accounts, with connected stock software. The Windows program is sold through a one-time licence, with coding and USB-dongle options; installation, training and support are separate costs.
Million lets a bookkeeper maintain separate company directories within one Windows accounting installation. The product family covers general ledger, customer and supplier accounts, multi-currency records and connected stock control. Accounting with Invoicing is a separate edition, so choose it if billing is part of the job.

Published Malaysian prices include 8% SST but exclude installation, training and support.

The coding licence is tied to one machine. The dongle option allows the licence to move with the USB device. Million describes these as permanent purchases without yearly renewal. Its stated requirements include Windows 10 or later and at least 8 GB RAM.
Enter an invoice and allocate a receipt
After logging into the accounting program, create the customer under Debtors → Debtor Maintenance → Add. For an invoice, use Debtors → Invoice → Add, enter the batch, date, customer, reference, ledger account and amount, then use Save A/C followed by Save.
When payment arrives, Debtors → Receive Payment → Add asks for the bank or cash account, customer, date, reference and amount. Select the bills to “knock off”, meaning the invoices that this receipt settles, before saving. That allocation matters when one customer has several outstanding invoices.
The demo-download form asks for a name and email before sending a link. Working inside the installed program uses a local user login.
