What it does
Mindtickle connects sales training, practice, coaching, content and buyer engagement. Learner groups receive modules and certifications, with analysis of completion and performance. Subscription packages distinguish training, content and call intelligence, and one-way practice has a different scope from two-way AI role-play.
Choose the practice format before building the program. The core subscription descriptions include one-way virtual role-play and explicitly exclude two-way AI Role Play from those module lists. A conversation simulation therefore needs its own scope in the order.
Programs included during the subscription
| Package | Main scope | Ready-to-Deploy programs |
|---|---|---|
| Readiness | Training, coaching and analysis | 1 |
| Enable | Training plus content hub and digital sales rooms | 2 |
| Transform | The preceding tools plus call intelligence | 3 |
Mixing licence packages does not add these program allowances together: the highest applicable allowance is the cap. The prebuilt programs can be customized, but their available module types follow the purchased package.
Define the learner group, assign relevant modules and review completion and practice results. A certification and a recorded customer conversation provide different information, so include both training and call-review needs when setting the subscription scope.
