What it does

MiniCRM organizes customer work in cards, sales statuses and assigned tasks. Automated processes react to status changes, field updates and other events. Access begins with business registration and a limited trial; prepaid subscriptions charge for enabled users, whether or not they log in each day.

Map MiniCRM statuses to actual sales steps. Its groups distinguish Marketing, Opportunities, Won and Lost, so a contact awaiting a first conversation need not be treated like an active opportunity.

For a repeatable handoff, open Settings > Automation, select the module and create a process. A status-entry trigger can assign the card and create a follow-up task. Add field conditions where only part of the pipeline should qualify. Test with test cards before selecting Activate Process; inactive processes do not run automatically.

On an individual card, Add Task records the owner, deadline and priority. Recurring tasks can repeat daily, weekly or monthly. The Tasks view filters work by date, user and priority.

Subscription billing counts access rights rather than whether a person logged in that day. Review enabled accounts when changing the team; reduced activity alone does not reduce that basis.

Account and subscription

Register the business and its contact details to request a trial. MiniCRM sets the trial duration and limits its features. Payment is required after it expires, and full functionality is activated when the first invoice is paid.

Strengths

  • Automation supports triggers, conditions and several actions
  • Card tasks can recur daily, weekly or monthly

Watch out for

  • Charges follow enabled access rights even when a user does not log in

Best for

  • Sales teams assigning repeatable next steps as cards move through a pipeline
