What it does
MISP is an open-source threat-intelligence platform for storing, correlating and sharing indicators with taxonomies and distribution controls.
MISP is useful when threat information must carry context and a sharing boundary. Its platform supports structured indicators, correlations and community data models rather than leaving intelligence in unconnected documents. Set the intended distribution before importing a feed or sharing an incident. Then decide how that information will reach a detection system or partner community. A matching indicator is a lead to investigate; preserving source and context helps the next analyst interpret it.
