TalentReef suits employers filling hourly roles across several locations. Candidates can enter through branded career pages, chat, text or QR links, while managers use applicant tracking and messaging to keep recruitment moving. Onboarding and employee self-service extend the process after hiring.
Interview scheduling lets managers connect their calendars, choose available slots and send invitations. Applicants select a suitable opening and can reschedule. Before opening a seasonal recruitment campaign, check that each participating manager's availability is accurate. The messaging workspace brings contacts, conversations and campaigns together, so follow-up can stay with the recruiting team.
Locations and implementation
TalentReef's service terms tie the subscription to the business locations listed in the order form. Adding another location requires additional fees. Ask for a quote that includes the actual branches you will recruit for, then check which configuration, training and integrations are included. Extra professional services require an agreed scope and additional payment.
Employers use the TalentReef client login with a username and password. The wider Mitratech catalog also contains separate screening, verification and learning products; include any required connections in the implementation order.
