What it does

Mitzu provides product analytics over event data in a warehouse or data lake. Teams can build funnels, retention reports, journeys and dashboards, with AI assistance and visible generated SQL. Paid plans allocate editing seats and a shared monthly AI-insight allowance; a 14-day trial needs no card.

Mitzu starts with data already held in a warehouse or data lake. Use Google sign-in or register by email and password, verify the account, then name the organization. The initial workspace is empty until you connect its data.

Choose Connect Mitzu with your data warehouse and configure the relevant connection. In Event tables, add tables containing a user ID and event time; a combined event table can also identify an event-name column. Select Create insight, then Select an event. Choosing one produces the first chart.

Segments can combine several events. Combine events joins them with OR, while filters on each event's conditions use AND. For example, a segment can include either a page visit or an email click while restricting each to the relevant campaign. Generated SQL remains available for analysts reviewing the calculation.

Plan Included editors Monthly AI insights Workspaces and viewers
Analyst 3 300 1 workspace; no viewers
Team 10 2,000 10 workspaces; unlimited viewers
Enterprise Unlimited Custom Unlimited workspaces and viewers

Analyst and Team offer monthly or yearly payment. Their 14-day evaluation does not ask for card details. AI insights are shared across the organization and reset monthly; event volume is not metered. Team adds Slack access and embedded dashboards. Enterprise adds API access and private or self-hosted deployment options.

Workspace Settings > Billing manages the organization's subscription and invoices. Manage subscription opens the payment service for seat, billing-period and cancellation changes.
