What it does

Mockup.Maison sells PSD and video mockups across devices, print, packaging, apparel and outdoor settings. Its shop offers individual scenes, themed collections and subscription access, as well as a free-resource category.

City, Everyday and Studio collections organise Mockup.Maison's photographic scenes. The BK-CRM-01 book file, for example, has four artwork Smart Objects, an editable spine colour and a 4000 × 6000 pixel canvas.

For PSDs, open YourDesignHere in Photoshop, place and save your artwork, then adjust Shading in the parent file. Video mockups use After Effects: add your image or clip to the matching composition and set the main timeline length.

You can buy individual assets or subscribe. Starter supplies five monthly credits with rollover; Unlimited includes team access according to company size. Both exclude typefaces and include Standard rights for self-promotion. Client advertising requires a separate Commercial licence per asset; Unlimited discounts these upgrades.

Commercial MINI is for companies of up to three employees and one project. MAX covers larger companies or broader promotion for one project. Clients may receive flattened images or videos, not layered files. When a subscription ends, download-history access ends and remaining credits expire.

Strengths

  • Photographic collections group scenes by city and setting.
  • Separate tutorials explain Photoshop and After Effects workflows.

Watch out for

  • Subscriptions include Standard rights; commercial upgrades cost extra.
  • Remaining credits and download-history access expire after a subscription ends.

Best for

  • Brand presentations that need a coherent photographic setting
