What it does
Mockups Design supplies packaging, stationery, apparel, device and outdoor mockups. PSD files are free to download without registration, and selected scenes also open in a browser editor. Online exports are free at medium size with a watermark; a paid access pass provides full-size, watermark-free images. Its licence permits commercial flattened results.
Choose a scene, then use Download PSD for Photoshop or Edit online where that button is available.
In Photoshop, open the PSD and double-click the Smart Object thumbnail for the artwork. Paste or drag in your design, scale it, save that window and return to the mockup. File › Export › Export As produces a JPG or PNG. Do not change the Smart Object canvas size, which the scene uses to position your artwork.
The browser editor accepts PNG and JPG. Scale, Clear white and Frame adjust placement; Colours changes the available scene colours. The menu beside Download image controls format and size. Free online exports carry a watermark. Full access is sold as a seven-day or thirty-day pass without automatic renewal.
Commercial flattened images may be shared with clients without crediting the site. Editable PSD/TIF files cannot be distributed, and stock or microstock resale is prohibited.
Strengths
- Individual sets can provide several PSD views of the same presentation.
- Commercial flattened images can be used without attribution.
Watch out for
- The online editor currently requires a computer and is available for selected scenes only.
- Clean, full-size online exports require paid access; PSD downloads remain free.
- Newer PSDs may use features unavailable in older Photoshop versions.
Best for
- Designers preparing client presentations from free mockup scenes
